Bookings and Inquiries

All event bookings begin with an inquiry submission through our website or direct contact. A booking is only confirmed once a written agreement has been signed and any required deposit has been received. House Of Confetti reserves the right to decline any inquiry at its discretion.

Payments and Deposits

Payment terms will be outlined in your individual event agreement. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Final balances are due as specified in your contract. Late payments may result in delays or cancellation of services.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation and the terms outlined in your signed agreement. House Of Confetti is not responsible for losses resulting from cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, venue closures, or force majeure situations.

Intellectual Property

All content on the House Of Confetti website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design materials — is the intellectual property of House Confetti and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Client Content and Materials

By submitting photos, logos, branding assets, or other materials to House Of Confetti for use in your event, you confirm that you have the legal right to share these materials and grant House Of Confetti permission to use them solely for the purpose of delivering your event services.

Portfolio and Photography

House Of Confetti reserves the right to photograph completed events and use those images for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes across our website and social media. If you wish to opt out of this, please notify us in writing prior to your event date.

Limitation of Liability

House Of Confetti will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability in any circumstance will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
